PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS

- Valid certificate of currency for Public and Product Liability of minimum $20 Million AUD viable in Australia to be supplied upon contracting.
- Valid ABN (for Austrlian businesses). New Zealand businesses to be approved for sale in AU via ToddCreates ABN.*Subject to additional vetting process.
- Minimum of 5 viable products. *Unless otherwise approved.
- Access to professional product imagery meeting requirements of listing on Everyday Market from Woolworths.
- Ability to meet 24 hour postage requirement from purchase.
- Sign a ToddCreates contractual agreement.
- Brand positive consumer facing communications on all owned marketing assets.
- All products must meet any TGA or Safety codes relevant to the item, and relevant commercial documents supporting this claim to be available upon request.

Does selling on Todd+Creates mean I will sell on the Everyday Market from Woolworths?
Selected sellers will be chosen by the Todd+Creates team at their discretion to be sold by Todd+Creates on the Everyday Market from Woolworths. The Everyday Market Merchandise Manager will be the final point of approval for all products.
Does Todd+Creates guarantee that my products will sell when they are listed for sale on either Todd+Creates or the Everyday Market from Woolworths?
No. Making products available for sale on a marketplace is at the sole discretion of the seller and all responsibility for the product is owned by the seller at all times.
Does this mean that I can say my products are being sold on the Everyday Market from Woolworths?
Approved communication and language for your own marketing will be given to you by the Todd+Creates team.
What are the minimum criteria for consideration?
The minimum criteria for listing consideration on the Seller+ Program are:
You must be an approved seller with active product listings on Todd+Creates.
Your business, and all subsidiaries, must be 100% Australian/NZ owned and operated.
All products must be shipped within Australia.
Your business must comply with all current Australian consumer standards and Government regulations.
You must have valid Product Liability and Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of $20,000,000 (or the ability to grade up to this prior to listing).
What does it cost?
All sales are subject to a highly competitive retail commission fee to be agreed upon at time of contracting.
Seller + Service Fee:
A monthly service fee of $50.00 AUD also payable in order to list. This fee is paid monthly (in advance) at $50. A yearly service fee is $540. This fee is paid yearly in advance.
This fee covers:
Access to the ToddCreates Seller+ Vendor dashboard.
A maximum of 10 Products managed to adhere to marketplace best practice.
Submission where applicable to partner marketplaces.

The regular rates are currently: A monthly service fee is $50 in the AUS. A yearly service fee offers a discount of 10% and is $540. Plus sales tax where applicable.
All prices are in AUS dollars. This service is available for AUS and NZ businesses with valid ABN's only. There is no guarantee of marketplace listing on ToddCreates or any other partner marketplace associated with this fee. All subscriptions are subject to approval. Where applicable, limit one free gift per address; ships within 6-8 weeks. Subscribers: If your subscription becomes unavailable, we have no further obligation unless we receive an email to correct to hi@toddcreates.com.au stating the issue and request for rectification from which we have 14 days to apply neccessary updates.
